摘要:随着经济全球化以及信息技术的不断发展,各国人民之间的商务活动变得越来越频繁,同时企业间的交流活动也在不断地增加。我国各类经贸组织、协会、机构、公司和企业都将有较多的机会与英国商业人士进行面对面直接交往。但因中英两国的商业文化和礼仪不同,重视和掌握英国商业文化与礼仪对开展和建立双方良好的经贸合作关系是十分重要的一环。因此各企业应当重视普及良好的商务礼仪知识以提高自身的竞争力,建立更好的合作洽谈关系。本文就商务礼仪的重要性以及它对达成交易磋商具有重大影响这一话题研究和探索了中英在商务活动中商务礼仪的差异,强调商务礼仪对商务活动的重要性,呼吁各企业要重视普及良好的商务礼仪知识以提高自身的竞争力。

Abstract: With the development of economic globalization and information technology, business activities among people become more and more frequent. All kinds of economic and trade organizations, associations, institutions, companies and enterprises in our country will have more opportunities to engage in face-to-face contact with the British business people. However, due to the differences in business culture and etiquette between China and Britain, it is very important to attach importance to and grasp British business culture and etiquette for developing and establishing good bilateral economic and trade cooperation. Therefore, the enterprises should attach importance to the popularization of good business etiquette knowledge to improve their competitiveness and establish better relations of cooperation and negotiation. This paper studies and explores the difference between business etiquette in business activities between China and Britain on the importance of business etiquette and its significant impact on negotiation, emphasizing the importance of business etiquette to business activities, and calling on all enterprises to pay attention to popularize good business etiquette knowledge so as to improve their competitiveness.
