摘要
本文从小型伸缩臂式叉装车稳定性校核入手，梳理载荷计算和倾覆轴线的确定，深入浅出地讨论了叉装车在静稳定性校核和作业稳定性校核两种方式下的稳定性计算方法，分析计算方法全面有效准确，提高了叉装车操作的稳定性，并且有利于生产现场的安全作业。
伸缩臂式叉装车属于具有一定起重能力的运输机械，它是由一个类似装载车的四轮驱动轮式底盘和一套能左右及上下自由伸展的伸缩臂工作装置组成的。该类型叉装车主要用于车站、工地、港口、大型农场和工厂等地，进行成件包装货物的搬运和装卸，其货叉部分是一个可以快速更换的装置，根据工作需要，可配备其它工作属具，可实现前进、后退、原地转向等操作，使用灵活，操作自如。
近几年，随着大型农场、超市、港口建设的加速，对货物搬运的需要，对叉装车的需求激增，而满足其条件的兼备叉车功能和装载机的越野性能同时，又具有一定的起重能力的伸缩臂式叉装车也愈来愈受到人们的喜爱，目前国内还未投产此类产品。
本文就是针对麦力 MANITOU MT-X 1030 ST型伸缩臂叉装车进行静态和动态稳定性分析。希望本文所做的研究对伸缩臂叉装车的整机设计和性能研究具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

In this paper, the static and dynamic stability analysis of the miley MANITOU mt-x 1030 ST telescopic arm forklift is conducted. It is hoped that the research in this paper has certain reference value to the design and performance research of the telescopic arm forklift.
