摘要
本文从犁刀变速箱的结构入手,对犁刀变速箱箱体的加工工艺规程进行了分析和设计。着重对变速箱箱体的底面孔钻削加工进行了工艺分析和设计,并设计了针对底面孔钻削加工的加工工艺装备,通过绘制“三图一卡”了解并初步掌握了组合机床设计的一般理论和方法,通过对组合机床多轴箱的设计,进一步深化了我对组合机床这种加工工艺装备的了解和认知,所得结果对于加强我对机械制造工艺和装备的理解和运用具有重要的指导意义。
论文主要从工艺规程的制定和组合机床总体设计以及多轴箱设计展示了我的整个设计过程和结果。

Abstract
This paper first starting from coulter transmission structure,analysis and design of machining process of gearbox.The process analysis and design of the bottom face drilling process of the gear box are emphasized.Design of processing technology and equipment for bottom drilling.Through drawing "three drawing one card" understanding and preliminary master the combination machine tool design of the general theory and method.Through the design of the multi axle box of the combined machine tool, further deepen the understanding and cognition of the processing technology and equipment of the combined machine tool.The results have important guiding significance for strengthening the understanding and application of mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment.
This paper mainly from the process of the formulation and the combination of machine tool design and the design of the multi axle box shows the whole design process and the results of mine.
