隐喻认知理论与英语词汇教学
隐喻认知理论与英语词汇教学(毕业论文7070字)
摘 要：隐喻不仅是一种修辞手法，还是一种思维方式，一种重要的认知工具，在词汇学习中扮演着不可缺少的角色。从隐喻入手学习词汇符合人的认知，因此也有助于学生更好的学习词汇。本文综述了隐喻认知理论，讨论了将隐喻认知理论应用到英语词汇教学的原因。同时本文作者也讨论了如何将隐喻认知理论应用到英语词汇教学中。最后指出将隐喻认知理论应用到英语词汇教学对英语词汇习得有很大的帮助。

Cognitive MetaphorTheory and English Vocabulary Teaching
Abstract: Metaphor is not only a rhetorical device but also a way of thinking, and an important cognitive tool. It plays an indispensible role in vocabulary study. It accords with human being’s cognition to acquire vocabulary from the perspective of metaphor, so metaphor can help students study vocabulary better. The paper reviews the cognitive metaphor theory and the reasons why we should apply cognitive metaphor to English vocabulary teaching. The author also discusses how to apply cognitive metaphor theory to English vocabulary teaching. At last the paper concludes the application of cognitive metaphor theory in English vocabulary teaching is good to vocabulary acquisition.
