An Analysis of Customer Satisfaction towards LiuLiShuo App
Abstract
With the popularity of Internet technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, online education has developed rapidly. According to the China Online Language Education Industry Research Report, the online language education market in China has grown rapidly. Among them, the English training field is even more impressive, and the user scale accounts for 40% of the overall size of the language education market. However, the low user's willingness to continue to use in the online English training platform has increasingly become the bottleneck for the survival and development of online English education platforms. This paper concludes with a literature survey and questionnaire survey, and uses Liulishuo APP as an example to investigate the appetite satisfaction of English users from learning content, system quality, interface design, service quality, overall evaluation. The research purposes are as follows: (1) Through the theory of user satisfaction, understand the Liulishuo APP, and more comprehensively grasp the factors that analyze the satisfaction of English learning APP; (2) put forward suggestions for the long-term development of APP fluent in English. Research results: (1) 93% of tourists are satisfied with the scenic spot (including basic satisfaction, satisfaction and very satisfied). 摘 要
随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等互联网技术的普及,在线教育迅速发展。根据《中国在线语言教育行业研究报告》显示,中国在线语言教育市场规模高速增长。其中,英语培训领域更是成绩亮眼,用户规模占语言教育市场总体规模的40%以。然而线上英语培训平台中用户较低的持续使用意愿日益成为在线英语教育平台生存和发展的瓶颈。本文通过文献研究与问卷调查相结,以英语流利说APP为例,从学习内容、系统质量、界面设计、服务质量、总体评价对英语流利说APP用户满意度进行了调查研究。研究目的为:(1)通过用户满意度理论,了解英语流利说APP,更加全面的把握分析英语学习APP满意度的因素;(2)提出有利于英语流利说APP长期发展的建议。研究结果:(1)93%的游客对景区感到满意(包括基本满意、满意和非常满意)(2)针对各测评指标的满意度水平,从平台课程、服务、系统质量等方面提出相关策略。
