摘要
本工程为某办公楼,位于徐州市,主体为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,占地面积为1310m2,建筑面积5240m2,建筑物共5层,底层层高5.1m,标准层层高3.6m,顶层层高4.5m,总高度20.4m,室内外高差0.450m。本工程建筑层数为五层,结构形式为4跨的钢筋混凝土框架结构。建筑结构安全等级为二级,地基基础设计等级为丙级,框架抗震等级为三级,建筑抗震设防类别为丙类,抗震设防烈度为7 度(基本地震加速度为 0.10 g) ,地震分组为第一组。
针对此课题,我分别进行了建筑设计,结构设计和施工组织设计。建筑设计包括平面设计,立面设计和剖面设计等。结构设计部分是手算第8榀框架。计算内容包括荷载计算,内力计算,内力组合和截面设计,此外还设计了标准层楼梯,标准层楼板,和基础。手算完之后用PKPM工程软件对手算部分进行了验算,结果基本吻合。然后再用PKPM软件计算了结构的其余部分,并出相应结构施工图。最后进行了施工组织设计。
本酒店设计外观简洁大方,内部功能分区紧凑合理,能很好的满足使用要求。建筑结构布置经济合理,充分发挥材料的性能,是一个理想的设计。

Design of Anhui Waijing Group Restaurant
Abstract
This project is the practical application of subject, which is located in Xuzhou Jiangsu Province. It is the design of a office building in Xuzhou. The building Covers an area of 1310 m2, building area of 5240 m2 and Total height of 20.4m. The height of first floor is 5.1m and fifth floor is 4.5m,with the others being 3.6m. The height difference of indoor and out door is 0.45m. This building has 4 floors. The style of the structure is 4-span RC frame structure. Its structural safety level is 2 and design life is 50 years. The level of foundation design is 3. The seismic level of the framework is 3. The The building earthquake-proof category is class C .The earthquake fortifying intensity of this engineering is 7 degree( the basic earthquake acceleration of the design is 0.1g ). The earthquake group is the first group.
In view of this topic, I carried out architectural design, structural design and construction design. Architectural design includes graphic design, façade design and profile design. Structural design is to calculate the eighth framework by hand. The calculation includes load calculation, force calculation, force combinations and section design. In addition ,I also design stairs floors and foundations. After finishing these, I check the results by PKPM and they are basically consistent. And then I use PKPM to design the other parts of the building and produce the structure drawings. At last I carried construction design.

The appearance of the building is concise and elegant. The internal functional zone is compact and reasonable, which can well meet requirements for use. The structural arrangement is economic and rational and can make full use of the material. So it is an ideal design.
