摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展，国际上的竞争也愈发激烈，市场环境也在不断的变化，企业之间的竞争也愈发的激烈，由之前的产品上的竞争向服务质量上的竞争发生转换，发展至今，甚至已经变成了企业之间综合实力的竞争。随之而来的便是不断增加的风险。而比风险更早出现的，是企业财务状况暴露出的问题。因此，为避免以及更加有效的解决企业的财务问题，企业应当设置财务危机预警系统，以利于企业的进一步发展。企业的财务危机的主要形成因素为公司内部管控不当、体制不健全以及负债情况等。通过对引起财务危机的原因的分析以及研究，可知企业管理层可以采取设置应急决策对危机进行有效的、合理的管控甚至降低其发生率。本文将分析和研究山西焦化股份有限公司2015年到2017年的数据之间的差异以及对山西焦化的投资项目、资金的回收情况以及现金流量进行财务风险的预测分析，依据当前的实际情况，提供相应的应急决策以及长期的方案以及时的解决企业的财务危机，降低其发生的风险。
