当前时代的发展形势下，我国各个行业都在面临着企业的转型、产业结构的调整以及生产方式的转换，尤其在社会经济飞驰发展以及金融环境整体趋势向好的今天，对我国各个企业来说既是机遇也是挑战。如何快速顺应市场环境的变化，在市场竞争愈发激烈的时代中脱颖而出，有突破性、实质性的发展，是目前各大企业的当务之急。“轻资产模式”作为一种企业的新兴发展模式，在国外已经有成功发展案例后逐渐被引入中国，吸引了众多企业家和专家学者的注意，越来越多的行业开始向“轻资产”转型进发。云南白药是中国医药行业中运用轻资产盈利模式较为成功的例子，在该模式的运作下，云南白药能在市场中站稳脚跟，成为家喻户晓的中医药品牌，这其中的成功经验值得其他企业学习借鉴。本文在进行理论分析的基础上，介绍了医药行业及云南白药的发展现状。接下来对云南白药轻资产模式进行具体分析：分析了云南白药采用轻资产运营模式后表现的财务特征、运用传统财务指标分析与经济增加值分析这两种方法评价了云南白药转型后的财务绩效。最后分析了公司轻资产模式下存在的一些潜在问题，并针对这些问题提出一些优化建议。 [资料来源：http://Doc163.com]

Abstract
Under the current development situation of the era, China's various industries are facing the transformation of enterprises, the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of production mode, especially in the rapid development of social economy and the overall trend of the financial environment to the good today, for China's various enterprises is both an opportunity and a challenge. How to quickly adapt to the changes of the market environment, stand out in the era of increasingly fierce market competition, and have a breakthrough and substantial development, is the top priority for all enterprises at present. As an emerging development mode of enterprises, "asset-light mode" has been gradually introduced into China after successful development cases abroad, attracting the attention of many entrepreneurs and experts and scholars, and more and more industries begin to transform to "asset-light". Yunnan Baiyao is a successful example of applying asset-light profit model in China's pharmaceutical industry. Under the operation of this model, Yunnan Baiyao can gain a firm foothold in the market and become a household brand of traditional Chinese medicine. The successful experience in this model is worth learning from other enterprises. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper introduces the development status of the pharmaceutical industry and Yunnan Baiyao. Next, it makes a specific analysis of Yunnan Baiyao's asset-light mode: it analyzes the financial characteristics of Yunnan Baiyao's performance after adopting the asset-light operation mode, and evaluates the financial performance of Yunnan Baiyao after its transformation by using the two methods of traditional financial index analysis and economic value added analysis. Finally, it analyzes some potential problems existing in the company's asset-light mode, and puts forward some optimization suggestions for these problems. [资料来源：www.doc163.com]
