摘 要
随着我国科学技术和社会经济的不断发展和更新，我国企业面临机遇的同时，也迎来了风险。财务风险便是最突出的风险之一。当今时期，有众多的企业为了追求表面上的经济利益，盲目进行经济投资，不断去扩大生产规模，而没有均衡长远利益。从而也就忽视了在企业运营中可能出现的财务管理风险现象。这样的经营方式也会使企业内部系统造成很多问题，比如企业内部结构紊乱，财务空壳状态严重等等，导致企业抗风险能力很低。市场竞争越来越激烈，对企业的抗风险能力和经营管理能力提出了更高的要求。旨在提高企业化解和防范财务风险的能力，提高企业管理水平。本文先介绍了财务风险的概念、特征、类别和影响因素，梳理了财务风险管理的相关理论，初步了解了财务风险的基本流程。接着，以XC公司作为案例的研究对象，介绍了该公司的基本情况，探讨财务风险识别，进行防范并提出控制措施。

Abstract
With the continuous development and renewal of China's science and technology and social economy, Chinese companies are facing opportunities as well as risks. Financial risk is one of the most prominent risks. In the current period, there are numerous enterprises that blindly undertake economic investment in order to pursue superficial economic benefits, and continue to expand their production scale without a balanced long-term interest. As a result, the financial management risk that may appear in the operation of the company is ignored. This type of management will also cause many problems in the internal system of the company. For example, the internal structure of the company will be disordered and the state of the financial shell will be severe. As a result, the ability of the company to resist risks will be low. The increasingly fierce market competition has imposed higher requirements on the company's anti-risk capabilities and management capabilities. It aims to increase the ability of companies to resolve and prevent financial risks and improve the management level of enterprises. This article first introduced the concept, characteristics, categories and influencing factors of financial risks, combed the relevant theories of financial risk management, and initially understood the basic flow of financial risks. Then, taking the XC company as a case study object, it introduced the basic situation of the company, discussed the identification of financial risks, made prevention and proposed control measures.
