摘 要
近年来，在我国社会主义市场经济快速发展和经济制度不断完善的环境下，我国现有企业逐步步入稳步发展阶段，但是仍然面临着各种各样的经营风险，其中财务风险是企业面临的最大风险之一。财务风险贯穿于企业生产经营过程的始终，与企业的生存和发展密切相关，关注财务风险已经成为当今财务管理研究的重要方向之一。
本文通过对当前企业财务风险存在的特征与成因的分析，研究企业财务风险在企业生产经常转型中存在的现状，探讨财务风险管理防范的措施，提出相应的合理的规避风险建议，建立完善风险预警分析体系，对公司的财务风险进行有效防范和管控，保持公司健康、稳定、快速的发展，具有极为重要的现实意义。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of our socialist market economy and the continuous improvement of the economic system, the existing enterprises in our country have gradually stepped into the stage of steady development, but they still face a variety of operational risks, among which the financial risk is one of the biggest risks faced by the enterprises. Financial risk runs through the process of enterprise production and management, closely related to the survival and development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the characteristics and causes of the current enterprise financial risk, this paper studies the present situation of the enterprise financial risk in the regular transformation of the enterprise production, probes into the measures to prevent the financial risk management, and puts forward the corresponding reasonable risk avoidance suggestions, and establishes a perfect risk prewarning analysis system and the financial risk of the company. It is of great practical significance to effectively prevent and control and maintain healthy, stable and rapid development of the company.
