摘 要
本工程占地面积约为1154.40 ,总建筑面积6115.34 。本建筑主体部分共6层,建筑高度25.23m,室内外高差为-0.45m,柱距为6m,进深7.2m,首层层高4.5m,标准层3.9m,女儿墙高0.9m。建筑总长度为54.65m,总宽度为18.65m。建筑立面规整,外墙黏贴瓷面砖,女儿墙采用加气混凝土砌块砌筑。门窗除卫生间采用木制门外,其余均采用塑钢门窗。
本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。结构平面布置规则,采用纵横双向梁柱刚接的抗侧力结构体系。荷载传递路线合理。框架柱的混凝土强度等级为C30,截面尺寸为650mm 650mm,且柱混凝土强度等级与截面尺寸沿高度无变化。梁的混凝土强度等级为C30,主梁截面尺寸为350mm 700mm,次梁截面为250mm 500mm,框架梁截尺寸面与主梁一致。考虑到建筑场地地质条件良好,地质基础比较稳固,建筑物荷载分布均匀等因素,将基础设计为柱下钢筋混凝土独立基础。楼梯设计为板式楼梯。
结构计算中包括水平地震荷载作用下内力计算、竖向荷载作用下框架内力计算、内力组合、构件截面设计、基础设计、楼梯设计等。最后运用专业软件绘制施工图,施工图纸包括建筑施工图和结构施工图。

本设计依据现行国家规范和相关参考设计资料,根据经济、安全、适用、美观等原则,并且考虑到建筑与周围环境的和谐和统一等因素进行整体的规划与设计。

ABSTRACT
This project covers area of 1154.40 square meters and contains six floors. The total area of the building is 6155.34 square meters.Its total building height is 25.23 meters. the outdoor ground is -0.45 meters lower than the indoor. The column spacing is 6 meters.depth of the room are 7.2 meters.The storey of the first floor are 4.5 meters and the standard layer are 3.9 meters. The roof walls are 0.9meters height. The building are 54.65 meters total in length and 18.65 meters total in width. The design of this building is regular shape in exterior. With the outside wall ceramic tile porcelain.and the roof walls built by aerated concrete block. The structure is used with plastic-steel windows and doors except for bathroom.
The structural form of the civil project is the form of reinforced concrete frame structure and structural layout rules. Structural arrangement include main beam and secongary beam. The load path is reasonable .The strength degree of frame columns is C30.And the cross sections of the columns are 650mm×650mm.The strength degree and the cross sections of the frame columns have no change along the height. The strength degree of the frame beams is C30, and the main beam is 350mm ×700mm.secondary beam is 250mm ×500mm. the size of frame beam is same as main beam is 350mm ×700mm.Considering the basement raft foundation is adoptted, the strength degree of which is C30. Structure calculation include internal force on braced frame seismic behavior;combination of internal forces ;section design of beams and columns;basis design and stairs design.At lsst draw the working drawing with the professional software.include architectural and structural drawing.
The design is strictly complied with the current code of our country . The calculation includes the load. the composition of internal forces. the design of foundation and the design of the stairs.

1、工程地质条件:场地土为中软场地土,建筑场地类别为二类,特征周期为0.45s,勘察深度范围内无液化土层,本场地属抗震不利地段。
