致病力减弱的稻瘟菌转化体SX2550和SX2581的筛选(8700字)
摘 要:苗期接种法筛选出致病力减弱的稻瘟菌转化子。活化转化子,经过产孢培养,接种到有一叶苗龄的大麦苗上,观察发病叶片上病斑类型和数量,比对野生型P131阳性对照,判定菌株发病等级,进而筛选出发病程度明显减弱的菌株,即致病力减弱的稻瘟菌转化子。本研究筛选致病力减弱稻瘟菌突变体,将更好地把握稻瘟病菌致病的分子生物学及其与水稻寄主的互作关系,培育抗病品种降低稻瘟病菌。从而为开发能够抑制病原菌发展的新型药物提供一些新的靶位点。
