摘 要:动物园灵长类动物具有十分重要的科学研究价值,某些物种属于国家重点保护的珍稀动物,鉴于灵长类动物用药情况复杂,且目前国内关于灵长类动物肠杆菌科细菌耐药性的报道很少,有必要对其耐药性进行调查和监测。本研究系统收集我国几个主要动物园灵长类动物的新鲜粪便样本。经过PCR方法和生化试验共分离鉴定出肠杆菌科细菌共计253株,其中大肠杆菌206株(100%),枸橼酸杆菌35株(17%),沙雷氏菌7株(3.4%),克雷伯氏菌5株(2.43%),阴沟肠杆菌1株(0.49%)。通过药敏试验得出253株菌中有67.6%的菌株对四环素耐药,其次是萘啶酸(56.5%),链霉素(28.5%),头孢噻肟(23.7%),庆大霉素(18.6%),氟苯尼考(9.88%),环丙沙星(5.93%)和头孢他啶(3.95%)。通过对动物园灵长类动物肠杆菌科细菌耐药性的调查,对于今后在这些动物园针对灵长类动物合理选择和使用抗菌药物,以及耐药性监测工作的开展具有重要的指导意义。

A Survey on Antimicrobial Resistance in Enterobacteria Isolated from Primates of Animal Zoos
Abstract:Zoo primates is of great scientific value, some species are rare animals under special state protection, given the complexity of primate drug use, and currently on the primates of drug resistance in Enterobacteriaceae is reported less, it is necessary to investigate and monitor drug resistance. The systematic collection of primates of several major zoo anal swabs or fresh stool samples. After PCR, and biochemical tests were isolated and identified a total of 253 Enterobacteriaceae, including E. coli 206 (100%), Citrobacter 35 (17%), 7 strains of Serratia (3.4%) 5 strains of Klebsiella (2.43%), 1 strain of Enterobacter cloacae (0.49%). 253 obtained by susceptibility testing in 67.6% of bacteria strains resistant to tetracycline, followed by nalidixic acid (56.5%), streptomycin (28.5%), cefotaxime (23.7%), gentamicin (18.6%), florfenicol (9.88%), ciprofloxacin (5.93%) and ceftazidime (3.95%). 253 Enterobacteriaceae, including 38 resistance spectrum to nalidixic acid - most strains of tetracycline resistance patterns (13.04%), multidrug resistant number reached 60.08 percent, to 1-resistant (21.74%) and 2 resistant ( 23.32%) dominated. Zoo primates by Enterobacteriaceae resistance survey, for the future, the zoo for primates in the rational selection and use of antimicrobial drugs, and carrying out monitoring of drug resistance has important significance.
