摘要:2010年5-8月,在河北沧州农科院为了筛选出来的高效BT菌株,进行了苏云金杆菌不同菌系对金龟甲毒力筛选。筛选的实验主要用的7日龄的金龟甲的幼虫,饲养的食物用的是土豆丝,沙土作为其生存条件,生存温度为30-35℃是其生长适宜温度,大黑金龟甲每48个幼虫一组接一个BT菌株,暗黑金龟甲每30个一组接一个BT菌株,在每组苏云金杆菌做一个对比试验,在7日后,14日后检查其金龟甲幼虫的死亡数,通过比较其金龟甲幼虫的死亡量来确定苏云金杆菌不同菌系对金龟甲毒力大小。通过实验结果分析,PS2-B11, PS4-G12,PS8-B11,PS8-D11,其相对应的BT菌株校正死亡率为50%、53.33%、56.7%、63.3%,其 PS5-B9,PS1-A5,PS4-C1,PS5-G4,PS7-C4,PS8-B10,PS5-C1,其相对应的BT菌株校正死亡率为50%、57.69%、50%、48%、48%、50%、62.97%,是本实验筛选出来的高效BT菌株。

Abstract:The 2011 May to August in hebei cangzhou academy, the different strains of bacteria some gold tortoise-shell irulent screening, screening experiment mainly use the gold turtleback 7 age food raised the larvae, is used as its survival, sandy barbecue for 30, survival temperature condition of 35 ℃ is its growth - appropriate temperature, big black tortoise-shell every 48 larvae exemplifies a BT strains, a diablo gold every 30 a tortoise shell exemplifies a BT in each group, some strains of bacteria, make a comparison between test . In 7 days later check its gold, 14 deaths, the larvae turtleback through comparison of the gold tortoise-shell larvae to determine the amount of death to some different strains bacteria virulence size. Gold turtleback Through the analysis of experimental results, PS2 - B11, G12 PS4 - B11, PS8 - D11, PS8 -, its corresponding BT strains 53.33% adjusted mortality risk to 50%, 63.3%, its, 56.7%, PS1 - - B9, PS5, A5 PS4 - C1, PS5 - G4, PS7 - C4, PS8 - B10, PS5 - C1, its corresponding BT strains for 50%, adjusted mortality risk 57.69%, 50%, 48%, 48%, 50%, 62.97%, is this experiment selection out efficient BT strain.
