摘 要:粉尘在大多数领域内危害重大,尤其是在工业领域中高达70%,对人类、环境及生产带来了重大危害,造成了巨大的损失。水除尘又称湿式除尘,与其它除尘器相比,水除尘具有结构简单、造价低、适应于湿度较大且含有粘性粉尘气体净化的特点,因而应用较广。该湿式除尘集喷淋式除尘和冲击式水浴除尘与一体,主要由螺旋型喷头、除尘桶、通风管、脱水器、支撑装置、风机和循环水沉淀池组成。影响湿式除尘除尘效率的因素颇多,本文主要对其中的液气比、风速、容积比及除尘桶的尺寸来分析除尘效率,在本除尘系统中,除了除尘桶内部结构的设计以外,还要考虑到除尘器钢结构的防腐及废水的处理。

Design Of Water Bath Dedusting Device For Special Purpose
Abstract :Dust in most fields, especially in the industry have caused great harm in the field of human up to 70%, environment and production brought serious harm, caused a great loss. Water say again wet dedusting, dust, compared with other precipitator, water dust has simple structure, low cost, adapted to the bigger and sticky dust containing the humidity the characteristics of gas purification, and wide application. The wet dedusting set spraying dust removal and impact type water bath with one, the main dust by spiral nozzle, dusting barrels, ventilation pipe, dehydrator, supporting device, fan and recycling of leaking. Wet dedusting effect factors of dust removal efficiency, this paper mainly to a lot of liquid gas ratio, wind speed, volume ratio, dusting barrels of size to analyze the dust removal efficiency, in this dust removal system, in addition to the shaker barrels the internal structure of the design, consider to filter outside of steel structure antisepsis and wastewater treatment.
