摘 要
本设计的设备是一食品类的煮熟设备—夹层锅。介绍了夹层锅的用途、特性、工作原理等方面。此设计对夹层锅的多方面作了一定的改进。给此设备增加了一搅拌装置，在工作过程中均匀物料，使其能方便加工粘度高及导热率低的物料，从而扩大了夹层锅的使用范围。增设了一安全阀,保障设备的安全工作。增设了一疏水阀，提高工作效率。并且在各零件的选材及外观方面都作了较全面的分析。最后对夹层锅的生产能力方面作了一定的分析计算。

Fixed layered pot
This desingn is about a equepment used in food boiled—layered pot．First I introduced the use 、the characteristic and working principle of the pot ．In this design I made certain improvement variously to the band pot.Increased a Blender for this equipment，for uniform the Materials in work enables its to facilitate the high viscosity and low thermal conductivity Materials，thus expanded the use of theband pot．In the design I addition a draining valve，Improve the working efficiency．And in various parts of the material and appearance have made a more comprehensive analysis of the equipment．Finally ，I analysis the production capacity and thermal aspects of the layered pot． [资料来源：Doc163.com]

此次设计的夹层锅型号为:LT-600 L指立式。T指夹套材质为碳钢。600指有效容积为600L。

2.2设备的主要组成部分
1.锅体—夹层锅的主要部分,主要作用为盛装物料与通压力蒸气。
2.管口的接管—用于连接锅体与外部结构。
3.支脚—用于支撑锅体。
4.疏水阀—用于排冷凝蒸汽水。
5.安全阀—排蒸气及控制气体的压力。
6.搅拌装置—搅拌物料,使物料均匀受热。
7.支撑板及底座—支撑减速机及电动机。
8.传动装置—设备的动力机构,带动搅拌器运行。
