摘要
接触热阻问题近年来对生产生活产生了广泛影响,在激光设备、航空航天设备、微电子设备中有重要的使用价值,因此采取有效方法对接触热阻进行研究分析,掌握其内在机理具有重要意义。本文首先论述了国内外接触热阻问题研究现状,归纳总结了进展和存在的问题;重点分析探究了接触热阻的测量原理和方法,根据测量接触热阻原理构建了本课题测量接触热阻的装置,然后对该装置的各个分系统进行了分析设计;在本课题测量装置中,保证整个系统测量精度首先需要检验温度测量系统的可靠性,因此本文从理论方面对温度测量装置精度进行检验,证明了该系统具备可靠的测量精度,能够展开对接触热阻问题的研究分析。

Abstract
In recent years, thermal contact resistance has had a wide impact on production and life, and has important application value in laser equipment, aerospace equipment and microelectronic equipment. Therefore, it is of great significance to adopt effective methods to study and analyze thermal contact resistance and master its internal mechanism. In this paper, the research status of contact thermal resistance at home and abroad is discussed, and the progress and existing problems are summarized. The measurement principle and method of contact thermal resistance are analyzed and explored emphatically. According to the measurement principle of contact thermal resistance, the device for measuring contact thermal resistance in this subject is constructed, and then the various subsystems of the device are analyzed and designed. In the measuring device of this topic, the reliability of the temperature measuring system must be tested first to ensure the measuring accuracy of the whole system. Therefore, the accuracy of the temperature measuring device is tested theoretically in this paper, which proves that the system has reliable measuring accuracy and can carry out research and analysis on the problem of contact thermal resistance.
