摘 要
道路两旁常累积众多落叶，为了对其进行快速，高效清理，因此需要设计一种专门用于清理的落叶收集机。本设计就是针对具体的道路，设计出了一种结构简单，操作性好的清扫机。
所以我设计的具体的内容如下：首先阐述研制落叶收集机的重要意义，并提出了本论文的主要研究内容。其次在通过对客观需求分析的基础上，提出落叶收集机的设计要求，并设计出总体方案。然后结合先进机械设计理论和一些相关知识对设备的机械系统进行研究并完成机构传动装置、机架结构等的设计。最后利用制图软件绘制机构零件及装配图，并进行相关运动分析。
该机器主要凭借风箱形成负压，将吸尘口附近的落叶吸收进粉碎箱，凭借高速旋转的刀片进行粉碎，然后将粉碎的落叶移动到收集箱内。收集到的落叶碎片还可以通过压缩处理当作饲料重复利用。
本研究虽然有所成效，但是，还需要广大科研工作者能够不断的投入新的清理工作和机器的开发和研制工作中来。从而节约社会资源，为社会的和谐和可持续发展而贡献我们每个人应该尽的力量。

Abstract
Road often accumulated many fallen leaves on both sides, in order to fast, efficient and clean up, so you need to design a special machine used to clean up the fallen leaves collection. This design was aimed at the specific road, devised a simple structure, operational good cleaning machine.
So my design of the specific content was as follows: Firstly, explained the significance of the leaves to collect, and puts forward the main research content. Secondly on the basis of through analyzing the objective demand, put forward the design requirements of deciduous collecting machine, and design the overall scheme. Then combined with advanced mechanical design theory and some related knowledge and complete the testing of the mechanical system of research institutions transmission device, such as frame structure design. At last use mapping software mechanism to draw parts and assembly ，besides analysis related movement.
This machine was mainly relying on bellows forming negative pressure, to absorb the vacuuming leaves near the mouth into the crushing box, with the high speed rotating blade to pieces, and then to smash the leaves move into the collection box. Although this study worked, but can also need scientific research personnel continuously into the new development and the development of the cleanup and machine work. Thus saving social resources, contributing to the harmonious and sustainable development of the society and the power of every one of us should do.

结构简述
由于本设计的清扫对象为道路落叶等清理物，因此，在设计的时候，还要考虑体积比的问题，体积不能设计的太大，所占的空间也有一定的限制。另外，在
整体的造型上，还要注意结构简单，紧凑，方便环卫工使用。因此，其结构设计如下图2.1所示。
总体功能实现对落叶的自动清理，并粉碎，最后将碎末收集起来。另外，为了适应不同的地面情况，还要求清理机可以调节与地面的高度。
此种落叶收集处理机在对落叶进行收集的同时能及时对收集的落叶进行粉碎处理，清扫刷可方便地清扫墙角及靠近障碍的地方。并且由于清扫刷的存在，大大增加了清扫宽度，并且转弯半径并不大。
