摘要
数控镟轮机就是用于铁道车辆轮对的加工与维修的专用机床,通过对轮对踏面的镟修从而延长轮对的使用寿命。镟轮机的发展得益于近年来国家不断扩大的城市轨道建设,并在铁道车辆的维护中不断进步。如今,数控镟轮机已成为一个完整的轨道系统中不可或缺的一部分。本课题结合当下铁道车辆维护需求,参照国际先进的设计模式,提出了一种数控镟轮机的设计方案。
论文围绕数控镟轮机的结构设计,完成了以下工作:首先通过对设计目标的分析,提出设计的整体思路,选择最适合市场需求的技术方案。然后进行机床主要结构的选型与校核,其次介绍机床的安装调试方法以及优化方案,并提出一种支撑轮的设计方案。最后完成机床主要结构及非标件图纸的绘制,如排刀架、十字滑台、镟轮机尺寸联系图和数控镟轮机主体三维图纸等的绘制。
设计完成的数控镟轮机耐用可靠,车削精度高,车削稳定性好,可以快速完成轮对的镟修工作。软件部分功能齐全,能较好的满足需求,界面设计简洁明了,易于操作,能在实际应用中较好的满足各方面的需求。 [资料来源:www.doc163.com]

Mechanical Design of CNC Wheel Lathe
ABSTRACT
CNC wheel lathe is a special machine tool for the processing and maintenance of Wheelsets of railway vehicles. It can prolong the service life of wheelsets by repairing the treads of wheelsets. The development of wheel lathe has benefited from the expanding urban rail construction in recent years and the continuous progress in the maintenance of railway vehicles. Considering the current maintenance requirements of railway vehicles and the international advanced design mode, this paper puts forward a design scheme of a new CNC wheel lathe.
In this paper, the following work is accomplished around the structure design of CNC wheel lathe: Firstly, through the analysis of design objectives, the overall idea of design is put forward, and the technical scheme most suitable for market demand is selected. Secondly, the installation and debugging method and optimization scheme of the machine tool are introduced, and a design scheme of the supporting wheel is proposed. Finally, the drawing of the main structure and non-standard drawings of the machine tool, such as cutter rack, cross slide table, dimension connection diagram and three-dimensional drawings of the main body of the wheel lathe are completed.
