摘 要
随着现代化工业技术的快速发展,特别是随着它在自动化领域内的快速发展,专用机床的研究已经成为当今机器制造界的一个重要方向,在现代工业运用中,大多数机器的设计和制造都是用机床大批量完成的。现代大型工业技术的飞速发展,降低了专用机床的实现成本,软件支持机制也使得实现变得更为简单,因此,研究专用机床的设计具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
本次设计的题目是长齿条加工专用车床的设计,包括传动装置、进给机构、车削齿条夹具、车床床体的各个零部件的设计,并通过SolidWorks软件对长齿条加工专用车床进行三维建模,并设计出该专用车床的具体结构。通过本次的创新设计,对后续的专用车床的研发和设计将会产生深远的影响和具有现实的意义。
