摘要
电钻进给力主要靠人提供。为达到省力目的,目前的解决方案都是将电钻固定在电钻夹具上,形成一种小型钻床,但也使电钻失去了原有方便灵活的特性。
本文设计了一类可安装在手电钻上并能灵活使用的装置,该装置使电钻夹具成为电钻的辅件。本装置由电钻固定模块,省力机构,进给机构,装置固定模块组成。根据装置与工件之间不同的固定方式,通过对比分析得出对应的最优方案。
方案一,只适用于钻边缘孔。电钻固定模块,采用环形件套住电钻并紧固;省力机构,采用杠杆原理;进给运动,采用曲柄滑块机构;装置的固定,采用卡爪直接扣住工件底面。省力机构与进给机构复合,在曲柄与连杆连接处,延伸曲柄形成杠杆。
方案二,只适用于平面钻孔且工件粗糙度不能过大的场合。电钻固定模块,采用环形件套住电钻并紧固;省力机构,采用杠杆原理实现;进给运动,采用曲柄滑块机构实现;装置的固定,采用负压吸盘吸附于工件表面。省力机构与进给机构复合,在曲柄与连杆连接处,延伸曲柄形成杠杆。
以方案二思路的延伸,可以设计一种吸附于工件表面具有可移动平台的机床,这将是进一步研究的方向。

This paper design a class can be installed in hand electric drill and flexible use of the device, the device makes a drill jig drill accessaries. This device by electric drill fixed module, save Labour institutions, feed mechanism, unit of fixed modules.
