摘要:本设计是江苏省连云港市某办公楼由建筑设计和结构设计两部分组成。本办公楼的建筑面积为3060m2,层数5层,结构体系为框架结构。办公楼形状采用的是比较常用的矩形形状,在平面布置时采用的是内走廊。建筑设计包括建筑设计总说明、建筑平面设计、立面设计和剖面设计;结构设计包括结构平面布置及计算简图确定,计算简图选取一榀框架进行荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、框架梁、柱截面设计和配筋计算、楼板和屋面设计、楼梯设计,基础设计等。

Abstract: The design is an office building Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province by the architectural design and structural design of two parts.The office building area of 3060 , layers 5 layers, structural system for the frame structure.Architectural design architectural design including general information, architectural graphic design, facade design and cross-sectional design;Structural design including structural diagram layout and calculations to determine, select a calculation diagram specimens of the framework load calculation, calculation of internal forces, a combination of internal forces, frame beams, columns and reinforcement calculation section design, floor and roof design, staircase design, basic design and so on.

1.1工程概况
1.1.1工程概况
本毕业设计是实际工程应用课题,工程为江苏省连云港市某办公楼。建筑功能要求满足办公楼的使用功能,且更加注重办公的环境上的舒适和便利性。本课题已拟定的建筑平面轴线尺寸为长43.2m,宽14.4m,建筑面积约3060m2。拟建五层,建筑高度不超过19m。采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,柱网尺寸:横向3600*12 竖向5400*2+3600 层高:由下至上 5000*1+3200*4。
根据建筑设计方案,该工程采用钢筋混凝土浇筑的框架结构。

(1)基本风压值: =0.35KN/㎡
(2)基本雪压值: ㎡
水文资料(地质)
(1)经勘察查明,根据地层的沉积特点和物理力学特性自上而下共可划分为3层,各土层描述如下:
①层:素填土,灰褐色,主要成分为粉质粘土。该层土场地普遍分布,约0.5m厚。
②层:中密卵石。该层土场地普遍分布,约5.2m厚。

(2)基础型式及持力层:本工程采用桩基础;基础持力层位于第3层密卵石,地基承载力特征值 Fak=260KPa
(3)本工程地下水埋深为10米左右,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构不具侵蚀性。
(4) 建筑场地类别:Ⅱ类(特征周期0.45s)。
抗震
抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g,设计地震分组第一组。
