犬异源输血的研究

摘 要：本次试验旨在研究一种异源输血在动物医学中的运用，通过研究通用血的可行性来满足动物医学中应急输血等诸多方面的需要。试验主要通过体外修饰、配血试验等步骤，确定试验通用血，将其输入试验犬体内，并且通过跟踪记录试验犬的输血反应，测量记载其临床指标，得出试验结果。通过相关的试验结果，我们可以进一步得了解并且发现动物通用血在临床操作中存在的不足和缺陷，通过不断的试验来提高其医学质量。

Study on the heterologous transfusion of dog by RBC
Abstract：In this experiment, it was studied that a kind of heterologous blood transfusion were applied in animal medicine. The universal blood can be used for medicine emergency transfusion of animal in many aspects. Experiment mainly through in vitro modification and match blood tests to determine such steps, the universal blood, experimental input the body and through experimental dog track record experiment transfusion reactions, measuring record the clinical index, draw the experimental results. The experimental results by related experiments, we can further understand and found animals in clinical operation universal blood the problems and defects, through continuous experiments to improve its medical quality.
