摘  要：为了筛选出对疫霉有强烈抑制效果的杀菌剂，运用到生产中防治病害。采用室内抑菌效果测定的方法，测定市面上杀菌效果较好的甲霜-霜霉威和丁子香酚对湖南省主要辣椒产区所采集的辣椒疫病疫霉菌株的抑制中浓度EC50。试验结果表明：甲霜-霜霉威对辣椒疫霉菌丝的抑制EC50为33.725μg/ml，37.819μg/ml，丁子香酚对辣椒疫霉菌丝的抑制EC50为64.678μg/ml，52.169μg/ml。

Screening fungicides to Phytophthora capsici
Abstract: In order to screen the best effect fungicides on Phytophthora capsici, and put in into agricultural production .Using indoor bacteriostatic effect and the methods of determining colony growth rate method, determination bactericidal effect and inhibitory activity EC50 on Phytophthora capsici collected in mainly area producing chilli of Hunan province by using Metalaxy and Eugenol. The result shows that the restrain EC50 of Metalaxy effect on Phytophthora capsici is 33.725μg/ml and 37.819μg/ml and the restrain EC50 of Metalaxy effect on Phytophthora capsici is 64.789μg/ml and 52.169μg/ml.
