摘 要
本文分别对以添加陶瓷(ABCF)和石墨毡载体(ABGF)的厌氧生物反应器系统里的微生物群落结构进行了研究,以不添加载体的(ABWF)厌氧生物反应器系统作为对照。在处理木薯酒精废水的稳定期(205天)和衰退期(265天)分别对3个厌氧反应器里的活性污泥进行取样(ABWF1,ABCF1,ABGF1,ABWF2,ABCF2,ABGF2)进行高通量测序。实验结果表明:6个样品的所有序列覆盖率都达到98%,多样性指数显示ABCF1,ABCF2分别比ABWF1,ABWF2,ABGF1,ABGF2高,说明了ABCF系统物种最丰富,ABWF系统次之,ABGF系统最低。6个样品在门水平下物种分布图表明最丰富门有厚壁菌门,拟杆菌门和变形菌门等。厚壁菌门在去除有机物方面有突出作用。厚壁菌可以高效降解复杂有机物和乙酸,生成氢和二氧化碳。拟杆菌门在厌氧环境中可以生产多种单糖、糖酸、乙酸和少量的丁酸。6个样品在属水平下表明乳酸菌能释放杀菌剂,可抑制能产生H2的细菌。脱硫弧菌在厌氧反应器中可以减少硫生成硫化氢。梭状芽胞杆菌可以积累细胞内的大量有机碳,并摄取乙酸。

Flora Analysis of Activated Sludge in Cassava Alcohol Wastewater
Abstract
In this paper, the microbial community structure of activated sludge in the immobilized microbial carrier for the anaerobic bioreactor with ceramic and graphite felt as anaerobic bioreactor was studied while the blank anaerobic bioreactor had no carrier as the control. In the stable(the 205th day) and decline phase(the 265th day) of alchhol wastewater, take samples(ABWF1, ABCF1, ABGF1, ABWF2, ABCF2, ABGF2) from the 3 anaerobic bioreactors, and then do the HTS. The experimental results showed that the good’s coverage for the all sequences in all six groups was around 98%. From the table, we can see that the data of ABCF1, ABCF2 is higher than the data of ABWF1, ABWF2, ABGF1, ABGF2. It means that system ABCF has the most abundant species, then is the system ABWF, the system has the least species. We found that the most abundant phylum is Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria and Chloroflexi by analyzing the distribution histogram of each sample at phylum level. Phylum Firmicutes has an important role in organism removal. Firmicutes efficiently degraded complex organic materials and acetate into hydrogen and carbon dioxide. Bacteroidetes produces a variety of monosaccharide and disaccharide acids, acetic acid, and a small amount of butyric acid under anaerobic environment. By analyzing the distribution histogram of each sample at genus level, we see that Lactobacillus can release of bactericides, inhibiting the bacteria that produce H2 . Desulfovibrio can reduce sulfate to hydrogen sulfide in the anaerobic system. Clostridium can accumulate large amounts of organic carbon intracellularly and uptaking acetate . [资料来源:Doc163.com]
