摘要
5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是一种重要的中间体化合物,它的分子中含有一个醛基和一个羟甲基,它能够通过卤化、聚合、加氢、氧化脱氢、酯化、水解和其它的化学反应,将它用于合成很多重要的化合物和新型有机高分子材料的原料。而制备5-羟甲基糠醛的生物质原料丰富,价格低廉,生成的副产物少,5-羟甲基糠醛的应用十分广泛,国际需求量非常大,制造成本较低,其经营的利润很大。
我们此次研究课题是在无盐两相体系下,以2-甲基四氢呋喃为萃取剂,在微波下使果糖脱水产5-羟甲基糠醛,具体内容如下:
1. 本课题研究在无盐两相体系下,以2-甲基四氢呋喃为萃取剂,在微波下使果糖脱水产5-羟甲基糠醛,对比不同盐浓度下,2-甲基四氢呋喃对5-羟甲基糠醛产率的影响。
2. 将2-甲基四氢呋喃与一些不溶于水的溶剂进行对比,在无盐两相体系中对5-羟甲基糠醛产率的影响。
3. 在2-甲基四氢呋喃/水两相无盐体系中,优化条件,改变实验体系中的底物浓度、反应温度、反应时间、酸浓度等,确定最适反应条件。
我们的结论是在无盐双相体系,以2-甲基四氢呋喃作为溶剂,果糖浓度选择100 g L-1反应温度为150℃,反应时间为5min,催化剂硫酸浓度为46mM,此时 5-HMF的产率最高。 [来源:http://Doc163.com]

ABSTRACT
5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) is an important intermediate compound, its molecules containing a hydroxymethyl and an aldehyde, it be by hydrogenation, oxidation dehydrogenation, esterification, halogenation, polymerization, hydrolysis and other chemical reactions for synthesis of many important compounds and novel organic and polymeric material. And preparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural biomass rich in raw materials, low price, less by-products generated, 5-hydroxymethyl furfural is widely applied, the international demand is very large, and has low manufacturing cost and the operation and management of the big profits.
The research topic is the in salt free aqueous two-phase system, 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran as extraction agent, in the microwave to fructose dehydrogenation product 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and specific content are as follows:
1. The research of this topic in salt free aqueous two-phase system, 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran as extraction agent, in the microwave to fructose dehydrogenation product 5-hydroxymethyl furfural, comparison of different salt concentrations, 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural yield. 2. 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran and some insoluble in water solvent were compared, in salt free aqueous two-phase system of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural yield.
3. In 2-methyltetrahydrofuran / water two-phase saltless system and optimize the conditions change on the substrate concentration in the experimental system, reaction temperature, reaction time, acid concentration to determine the optimum reaction conditions.
Our conclusion is in salt free biphasic system, 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran as solvent, fructose concentration of 100 g L-1 reaction temperature of 150 DEG C, reaction time for 5min, sulfuric acid concentration 46mM. At this time of 5-HMF yield is the highest.
