摘要
在我国混合交通方式是较为普遍的交通方式,而且只有少数城市道路信号交叉口设置有右转专用相位。但是随着人们出行次数的增加和机动车保有量的增加,在交叉口处右转机动车与行人的冲突不但不会减少反而使它们之间的矛盾越发尖锐。交通冲突不但会影响交通出行者的正常通行,严重时还会增加安全隐患。本文选取武汉市黄孝河与解放公园路为调查地点,依据该交叉口的现状问题分析了行人与右转机动车的交通冲突特性,并提出相应的控制改善方法。
首先在文中明确交通冲突的定义,同时计算冲突次数和延误作为分析的主要指标,用右转车辆在行进过程中的速度、车头时距和步行者的速度、等待时间等作为数据基础。之后根据该交叉口的交通数据进行VISSIM仿真,观察其运行过程中的问题,得出其初始的延误数据为25.72s。然后对交叉口进行冲突控制设计,在此阶段进行增加右转禁行相位即行人绿灯开始7s内禁止右转机动车转弯行驶和对交叉口的交通设施进行渠化,之后再用仿真进行验证,得出右转机动车与行人的总体延误降低,从而提高道路的通行能力。

Abstract
The traffic that is more common in China is mixed traffic, and there is no right turn dedicated phase at signalized intersections in most cities. However, with the increase in the number of people traveling and the increase in the number of motor vehicles, the conflict between right-turning vehicles and pedestrians will not only reduce but also make the contradiction between them more acute. Traffic conflicts not only interfere with normal traffic, but also increase security risks when serious. This paper selects Huangxiao River and Jiefang Park Road as the investigation sites in Wuhan. According to the status quo of the intersection, this paper analyzes the characteristics of traffic conflicts between pedestrians and right-turn vehicles, and puts forward corresponding optimization control methods.
First of all, in the article, the definition of traffic conflict is defined. At the same time, the number of conflicts and delays are calculated as the main indicators of the analysis. The data is based on the speed of the right-turn vehicle, the distance between the head and the pace of the pedestrian, and the waiting time. Afterwards, the VISSIM simulation was performed according to the traffic data of the intersection, and the problems during its operation were observed, and the initial delay data was 25.72 s. Then the intersection control is designed for conflict control. In this phase, the phase of the right turn prohibited is increased, that is, the pedestrian's green light is prohibited within 7 seconds and the turning of the right-turn vehicle is prohibited and the traffic facilities at the intersection are channelized. Then the simulation is used to verify. The overall delay reduction of right-turn vehicles and pedestrians was found to improve the road capacity. Finally, the work, shortcomings and prospects of the paper are summarized.
