摘 要
随着中国城市化进程的发展，人们的生活水平在逐渐提高，随着城市人口的增加，城市的汽车数量越来越多，随之而来的就是城市的交通状况越来越糟糕。随着汽车数量的增多，城市的污染问题也日益严重。交通评价是在这种情况下提出的，但是，一个城市的交通发展状况是否符合目标需要一个完整的评估体系。目前，关于交通需求技术，交通评估体系标准的研究尚未深入。如何发展交通以及如何建立合适的交通系统是迫切需要解决的问题。在现有的交通系统的基础上，随着城市建设进程的加快，每个城市建设项目的完成，都会导致项目周边的交通发生变化，而项目交通的变化情况又会间接影响到项目的发展情况，所以对项目周边的交通情况进行有效的预测和评价是现在城市项目建设必须解决的问题。
本文在综合分析了国内外对项目建设前后交通影响评价的基础上，以财富广场项目为例，研究了在财富广场项目建设前，项目区域现行的交通状况，对交通状况进行了评价，并根据评价结果有侧重的对项目建成后的交通状况进行了预测，根据预测的结果对交通状况进行了评价。针对项目建成前后的交通状况的评价结果，对财富广场区域的交通组织设计突出了改进措施，主要对项目区域的出入口、机动车、停车交通系统进行了交通组织设计，并对交通管理与安全设施进行了设计。为城市建设项目的交通影响评价提供了具体的指导意见和实践价值。 [资料来源：www.doc163.com]

ABSTRACT
With the development of urbanization in China, people’s living standards are gradually improving. With the increase of the urban population, the number of cars in the city is increasing. As a result, the city’s traffic conditions are getting worse. With the increase in the number of cars, the problem of pollution in cities is also increasing. The evaluation of traffic is proposed in this situation. However, whether a city's traffic development status meets the goal requires a complete evaluation system. At present, the research on traffic demand technology and traffic assessment system standards has not yet gone deep. How to develop traffic and how to establish a suitable transportation system is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of the existing transportation system, with the acceleration of urban construction, the completion of each urban construction project will lead to changes in the traffic around the project, and changes in project traffic will indirectly affect the development of the project.
