摘 要
在目前的香烟市场中,各个香烟公司都开始为了提高香烟的香型种类而不断开发新技术,其中爆珠添加技术是可以为香烟增加香味的新型的技术。但是在对香烟的滤棒进行爆珠胶囊的添加时,保证香烟滤棒内爆珠胶囊的位置精度是爆珠添加技术的十分关键的一环,只有在检测出了香烟滤棒内爆珠胶囊的位置才能更方便进行下一步的香烟加工工序。但目前的国内外香烟滤棒内爆珠胶囊位置的检测技术还不够成熟,缺少高效准确的技术方案。本文采用光电传感器对香烟生产流水线上含有爆珠空腔的香烟滤棒进行照射检测,然后选用PLC对光电传感器采集的数据进行接收、显示和保存,将最终采集的数据跟标准香烟滤棒的数据进行比对,进性分析达到对香烟滤棒内爆珠空腔位置检测的目的。本文的研究工作如下:
(1)首先通过查阅大量的国内外相关文献确定检测香烟爆珠空腔位置的检测技术方案。由于需要检测的目标是香烟滤棒内部的空腔,不能用普通的物理检测方法,所以我们选用光透法对含有空腔香烟滤棒进行透射,再根据透射普通滤棒部分和含爆珠部分后的光强度会有一定区别,用光电传感器对透射光进行接收和分析,最终将数据由PLC采集、显示和保存,达到我们想要的目的。 [资料来源:http://Doc163.com]
(2)技术方案中十分重要的一环即是合理的光电传感器的选用。所以我们选用了基恩士的FU系列对射型光纤传感器作为该方案的检测工具,改传感器的采样频率能够达到我们香烟滤棒检测所需的要求,并且在一定的自然光和室内灯下不受影响工作。此外,FU系列光电传感器的环境抗耐性如外壳防护级、环境温度、相对湿度、抗震性都较好,在此检测方案中的应用都能符合我们的技术要求。
(3)在对香烟进行检测的时候还需要进行传送带工作台的设计以便于香烟的运输和检测检测装置的安放。通过计算选型最终选定了型号为ECMA-G31306ES的伺服电机作为带动传送带运动的动力装置,工作台上设置了下料出料装置和香烟位置校正装置,实现香烟的进入运输与流出。
(4)本文采用了PLC对传感器输出的数据进行采集、显示与保存,并且利用PLC对伺服电机的运动进行控制。我们选用了PLC对数据进行采集,然后将数据传送带与PLC相连的触摸屏上进行显示,然后将数据保存,实现传感器数据的采集功能。之后,再利用PLC输出一定频率的脉冲来控制伺服电机的转动速度,达到我们想要的香烟传输速度。

Abstract
In the current cigarette market, cigarette companies are developing new technologies to improve the flavor of cigarettes,one of the new technologies that add flavor to cigarettes is the addition of cigarette capsule. But on the cigarette filter rod capsule add, guarantee the position of cigarette filter rod capsule is important, only in detecting the position of cigarette filter rod capsule can be more convenient for the next step of cigarette processing operations. At present, the detection technology of cigarette filter rod capsule at home and abroad is not mature enough and lacks efficient and accurate technical solution. In this paper, then choose PLC to receive, display and save the data that the photoelectric sensor collected, to compare the data with standard data, into analysis to achieve the purpose of the cavity of the cigarette filter rod position detection.photoelectric sensor is used to detect cigarette filter rods cavity in cigarette production line. The research work of this paper is as follows:
(1)Firstly, a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures were consulted to determine the detection technology of the cavity of cigarette filter rod. As the target that needs to be tested is the cavity inside the cigarette filter stick, we can't use the ordinary physical detection method,so we choose the light penetration method to carry out transmission of the filter stick with empty cavity. The transmission light is received and analyzed by photoelectric sensor, and the data is collected, displayed and saved by PLC to achieve the purpose we want.
(2)The selection of reasonable photoelectric sensor is also an important part in the detection technology. We selected the Keyence FU series photoelectric sensor as the detection tool for the scheme. The sampling frequency of the sensor can meet the requirements of our detection scheme,and can work under certain natural light and indoor light. In addition, the environment of the FU series photoelectric sensor resistance patience as enclosure protection class, ambient temperature, relative humidity, shock resistance are good, and the application of the detection scheme can meet our technical requirements.
(3) It is also necessary to carry out the design of the conveyor for the detection of cigarettes,theconveyor should be benefit for the transportation and the installation of the detection devices for the cigarette. The servo motor ecma-g31306es was selected to drive the conveyor belt,the feeding device and the cigarette position correction device are set up on the workbench to realize the transportation and outflow of cigarettes.
(4)This paper adopts PLC to collect, display and save the data of sensor output, and control the motion of servo motor by PLC.We used PLC to collect data, then display the data transmission belt on the touch screen which is connected with PLC, and then save the data to realize the collection function of sensor data.Then, the speed of the servo motor can be controlled by the output pulse of a certain frequency by PLC, and then achieve the speed of the cigarette we want.
