摘  要
本文主要分析了气化炉工艺烧嘴喷头堆焊面的开裂机理。烧嘴相关(损坏)部位的材质主要为INCONEL 625。一般的烧嘴使用前期便会出现喷头焊接部位开裂的问题,产生泄漏致使炉内工艺气分改变,被迫停车检修。本文简要的介绍了烧嘴的结构特征、工作机理,列举了一些可能影响烧嘴使用寿命的因素,并通过金相分析、扫描电镜分析等一系列探讨了本案中的烧嘴喷头堆焊面的开裂的原因。
本案共选取分析了短周期服役损坏的烧嘴及正常周期服役损坏的烧嘴各一个,分别探究两个烧嘴损坏的原因,并研究两个烧嘴损坏的原因的异同点,增进对烧嘴失效的原因的理解。结果表明,烧嘴外氧喷头材质与工艺介质之间不相容是烧嘴短期损坏的根本原因。同时烧嘴的开裂也与高温热辐射、冲刷、工艺操作环境也有有一定关系。问题的发现是为了解决问题的,当然,通过检修、装配、安装等环节质量检测以及操作方法优化,可在现有喷嘴技术水平上尽可能延长喷嘴单次使用周期,从而降低烧嘴因素对气化炉的运行周期的影响。为了进一步提高生产效率、减小成本,本文也提出了一些烧嘴修复的方案。 [资料来源:https://www.doc163.com]

Crack mechanism of the burner nozzle overlaying surface
Abstract
This article mainly analyzes the gasifier process on the surface of the burner nozzle welding cracking mechanism. Burner (damage) related to location of the main material for INCONEL 625. General burner using early will appear nozzle welds cracking problem, engenders leak gas furnace process change, was forced to stop overhaul. This paper briefly introduces the structure characteristics and working mechanism of the burner, listed some possible factors that influence the service life of burner and through metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy (sem) analysis and a series of on the surface of the burner nozzle welding crack in the case discussed.
This case analyses the short cycle are selected to serve damaged burner and normal cycle serving each a damaged burner, probing into the cause of the two burner damage respectively, and studies the differences and similarities between two burner damage reason, increase the understanding of the causes of failure of burner. Results show that the burner outside oxygen nozzle material and the process medium burner is incompatible between the root cause of the short-term damage. At the same time, the cracking of burner with high temperature and thermal radiation, scour, process operating environment also has a certain relationship. Problem is found in order to solve the problem, of course, by maintenance, assembly, installation quality and operation method optimization and can be extended by nozzle on existing nozzle technology level as much as possible using a single cycle, thereby reducing burner factors impact on the operation of the gasifier cycle. In order to further improve the production efficiency, reduce cost, this paper also puts forward some burner repair scheme.
