摘要：随着人们生活水平的提高，现代科技文化不断发展，城市人口剧增，交通拥堵以及环境污染问题也越来越被人们重视，因而这些问题的解决成为燃眉之急，人们希望出行不再拥堵，高峰期城市内道路不会瘫痪。西安市共享单车的出现在在一定程度上有效的减轻了此类问题的严重性，同时舒缓了城市内部的高峰期交通拥堵的状况也使得西安市城市形象提升，这也是共享单车如此受人们追捧的一大要素。其第二要素为，共享单车的出现有效的解决了人们“最后一公里”的出行问题，即当私家车、公共汽车、无法实现人们近距离出行问题的时候，自行车成为这种情况下人们出行的首先选方式。第三，使用一辆共享单车的操作方法简便，用户可以通过微信或第三方应用软件在交付一定数额押金后，便可以获得单车的使用权，扫码之后会获得相应的解锁密码得以开锁，从而选取就近的骑行车辆。用户在骑行结束后则通过同样的方式在相应的单车停放点归还单车，费用在每30分钟0.1到1元之间不等，其方便快捷，低成本的优势显而易见。然而与此同时，随之又出现新的一系列问题有待解决，譬如：单车随地停放影响城市风貌，管理混乱、投入的车辆被故意毁坏、投入企业资金入不敷出等等。
