摘 要
本文综合运用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法,研究关于网络利他行为的乳品质量安全监管机制问题。主要研究内容包括:
第一章主要介绍了本课题的研究背景和意义以及本文的创新点。
第二章主要涉及了相关理论和国内外研究现状。
第三章分析了我国乳品质量安全监管的现状，第一点是我国乳品质量安全监管现有的机制，第二点是我国乳品质量安全监管机制中存在的问题。
第四章针对监管机制中存在的问题来设计调查问卷，然后重点分析网络利他行为对乳品质量安全监管机制的影响，最后对调查问卷的结果进行分析得出结论。
第五章利用分析得出的结果对监管机制进行改进，本章重点进行了两种机制的改进
一种是基于社会舆论的监管机制的改进，另一种是基于网络利他行为的监管机制的
改进。
最后一章是本次研究内容的总结和对未来研究的展望。

Abstract
In this paper, we mainly study the improvement of supervision mechanism of the quality safety for dairy products based on the Internet altruistic behavior. The main content include：
The chapter one mainly introduces the research background and significance of the topic, as well as the innovation of this paper.
The chapter two mainly introduces the relevant theory and reviews domestic and foreign research.
The chapter three analyzes the current situation of quality and safety supervision in China's dairy, The first point is the existing mechanism of China's dairy quality and safety supervision. The second point is the problem of China's dairy quality and safety supervision mechanism.
The chapter four designs the questionnaire in the view of the problems that exist in the supervision mechanism to. Then it analyzes the influence of the Internet altruistic behavior on the supervision mechanism of dairy products quality and safety. In chapter five, the results of the analysis are used to improve the regulatory mechanism.This chapter focuses on the improvement of the two mechanisms，one is based on the improvement of the supervision mechanism of the public opinion，the other is the improvement of the supervision mechanism based on the Internet altruistic behavior.
