增能理论视角下国有农场老年人社会支持网络问题研究(论文10000字)
摘要：国有农场老年人以国有农场离退休人员为主，他们生活环境不尽理想，因为国有农场的生活环境比较差，不适合离退休人员生活，他们没有足够的生活保障，退休人员的生活配套设施不够健全，日常的生活方式传统单一，没有丰富精彩的娱乐生活。正是因为这种种的问题，需要对国有农场的老年人给予社会支持，只有提供有效的社会支持，才可以从根本上解决国有农场老年人的实际生活问题。如今国有农场老年人的社会网络系统主要有支持意识淡薄，支持方式单一，支持强度不够等等问题。分析了国有农场的生活境况和老年人的具体需求，运用增能理论在老年人社会支持意识、方式、强度等方面改善社会网络系统，从而改变国有农场老年人社会支持网络问题，使老年人在国有农场得到更加有效的社会网络支持。

Abstract: the elderly in state-owned farms are mainly retirees from state-owned farms, and their living environment is not ideal, because the living environment of state-owned farms is relatively poor, which is not suitable for retirees, they do not have enough life security, the supporting facilities of retirees are not perfect, the traditional lifestyle is single, and there is no rich and wonderful entertainment life. It is precisely because of this kind of problem that we need to give social support to the elderly on state-owned farms. Only by providing effective social support can we fundamentally solve the real life problems of the elderly on state-owned farms. Nowadays, the social network system of the elderly on state-owned farms mainly has some problems, such as weak sense of support, single support mode, insufficient support intensity and so on. This paper analyzes the living conditions of state-owned farms and the specific needs of the elderly, and uses the empowerment theory to improve the social network system of the elderly in terms of awareness, mode and intensity of social support, so as to change the problem of social support network of the elderly in state-owned farms and make the elderly get more effective social network support in state-owned farms.
