现行贫困大学生救助政策的评价与研究(论文10000字)
摘要
伴随着高等教育规模的逐年扩大和学费水平的不断提高，单靠原有的奖学金、助学金、勤工助学、特殊困难补助和学费减免等资助办法已经无法满足贫困学生的需求，因此，如何保障贫困家庭子女平等接受教育机会，使每一个贫困学生都能获得适切的资助，已经成为一个不容忽视的问题。贫困大学生资助体系的建设和研究，成为了我们的新选择。本文以宿迁学院为例探讨了贫困大学生的认定、救助形式、救助现状、现存问题及完善宿迁学院贫困大学生救助体系的对策建议等内容，旨在完善我国贫困大学生援助体系，促进我国教育事业的发展。

Abstract
Along with higher education scale expanded year by year and tuition level unceasing enhancement, the original alone scholarships, grants, work-study, special difficult allowance and tuition funding method has been unable to meet the needs of poor students, therefore, how to protect children of poor families equal access to education opportunities, make every poor student can get adequate funding, has become a problem that nots allow to ignore. The construction of financial assistance system for poor college students and study, became our new choice. In suqian college, for example, the paper discusses the present situation of the cognizance of the poor college students, the form of aid, relief, existing problem and countermeasure Suggestions to perfect the suqian college needy students assistance system, to perfect our country poverty aid system for college students, promote the development of education cause in our country.
