摘要
随着人们生活质量的明显提高，在生活中的各方面的需求大幅度增长，尤其是对生鲜食品方面的多元化需求，引导许多电商企业把市场开拓到了生鲜产品市场，这些企业对生鲜产品电子商务的未来充满信心。我国的生鲜产品物流配送问题一直是生鲜电商大问题，由于生鲜食品易腐烂、保质期短、货损高等特性，这便给生鲜产品的物流配送带来了新的挑战，但在当前的传统物流配送模式下，生鲜产品的配送还存在很多问题，不能满足当前庞大的市场需求。而生鲜产品的社区物流配送是生鲜电商发展中最为重要、最为关键的最后一个环节。
这篇文章在查阅了大量国内外关于生鲜电商物流配送的相关文献基础上，分析了我国生鲜产品社区物流配送的现状，探讨了国内社区生鲜电商物流配送存在的诸多问题，研究了国内社区生鲜电商的物流配送模式，并结合顺丰优选生鲜商品物流配送的案例，找出顺丰优选的社区物流配送中存在的问题，从而提出各电商企业在生鲜电商社区物流配送方面的对策。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, people's quality of life continues to improve, so the fresh products demand is also growing, so as to enhance the fresh product delivery requirements, the field of electronic commerce is flourishing to look to the past few fresh products market, full of confidence in many experts on fresh products of electronic commerce the development of. The food problem in China has been a big problem between the security problem of food industry is beneficial to the people's livelihood, in recent years, many agricultural products also emerge in an endless stream, which will bring new opportunities to the organic agricultural products, but in the traditional mode of production management, organic agricultural products to good sales, but also can not meet the huge market demand. And the community distribution of fresh products is the most critical, the highest risk and the most important link in the production and operation of fresh electricity suppliers.
In this paper, through the relevant literature based on fresh domestic goods logistics, discusses the characteristics and risks of domestic fresh electricity supplier operating mode, the domestic fresh electricity supplier operating mode, and combined with fresh SF preferred commodity distribution case, key risk factors in community to find out the logistics SF preferred, so as to put forward suggestions for prevention and control of community SF preferred fresh electricity supplier logistics distribution risk.
