摘要
自电商出现以来,生鲜电商如雨后春笋,发展迅速,市场巨大。近年来中国传统的食品行业多次出现了食品安全危机,让消费者开始关注其他的海外市场:美国、日本乃至台湾,这些国家地区在上世纪中后期已经进行了一次食品安全的升级,中国似乎已经到了这一“升级”档口。不少国内消费者认为,生鲜食品,安全方面能让消费者放心的生鲜食品供应商,将可能是未来三到五年下一个热门的市场。更多的传统电商企业和实体企业开始投入做生鲜电商。本文首先介绍了国内外生鲜电商的基础理论知识,包括生鲜电商的含义和生鲜电商平台的含义。接着,阐述了生鲜电商平台的三大影响因素,即功能性、动态性、安全性,并深入分析了这些影响因素。在理论研究的基础上,本文通过确定对比指标,对五大主流的国内外生鲜电商平台竞争优势进行对比研究。最后,结合研究结果及生鲜电商平台存在问题为提升生鲜电商平台竞争优势提出对策。

A Comparative Study of Freshmen at Home and Abroad
ABSTRACT
Since the advent of electricity providers, fresh electricity business, such as mushrooming, the rapid development of the market huge. In recent years, China's traditional food industry has repeatedly appeared in the food safety crisis, so that consumers began to pay attention to other overseas markets: the United States, Japan and Taiwan, these countries and regions in the late last century has completed a food safety upgrade, Seems to have been to this "upgrade" stalls. Many domestic consumers believe that fresh food, safe to allow consumers to rest assured that fresh food suppliers, will be the next three to five years under a popular market. More and more electric business enterprises and traditional enterprises put into fresh electricity business. This paper first introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of domestic and foreign students, including the meaning of fresh electricity business and the meaning of the platform. Then, the three influencing factors, namely, function, dynamic and safety, are analyzed, and the influencing factors are analyzed in depth. Then, it summarizes the development status and problems of the platform. On the basis of the theoretical research, this paper makes a comparative study on the competitive advantage of the five mainstream domestic and foreign enterprises by determining the contrast index. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward to improve the competitive advantage of the platform.
