摘    要
财务分析作为企业管理的一个重要组成部分，在竞争激烈的市场经济条件下，己成为企业发展中一个突出而迫切的问题。财务分析以企业的财务报告等会计资料为基础对企业一定期间的财务活动进行分析和评价的重要手段。通过财务分析，可以评价企业的财务状况和经营风险，评价企业的获利能力及资产管理水平并判断企业的发展趋势，从而为企业管理者和投资者提供重要的决策依据。财务分析还可以正确评价企业过去的经营情况，全面反映企业目前的财务状况，预测企业未来的发展趋势。有效的财务分析可以在企业管理中起到非常重要的作用，但受各种客观条件和主观因素的制约，财务分析还存在很多的问题，文章对金润建筑工程的财务分析存在的问题进行了研究，并且针对这些问题，提出了相应的解决对策。

Financial analysis as an important part of enterprise management, in the fierce competition in the market economy condition, has become a prominent enterprise development and the urgent problems of the financial analysis is based on enterprise financial reports and other accounting information to the enterprise financial activities in a given period of an important means of analysis and evaluation through the financial analysis and can evaluate enterprise's financial position and operating risks,  profitability and asset management level of enterprises and judge the trend of the development of the enterprise,  thus provides important decision basis for enterprise managers and investors financial analysis can also be used to correctly appraise enterprise management situation in the past,  reflect the enterprise's current financial position,  predict enterprise future trend of the development of effective financial analysis can play a very important role in enterprise management,  but by various objective conditions and subjective factors ,  financial analysis also exist many problems,  the article Jin Run construction project the financial analysis of problems existed in the research, and aimed at these problems,  puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
