民营企业财务管理问题及对策研究(开题报告,论文10000字)
摘 要
财务管理作为现代的企业管理核心部分，对任何规模的企业而言都具有非凡的意义。财务管理能力已然成为衡量一家公司实力的标杆之一，企业的资源配置由它来决定，并且也深深地影响着企业的未来发展战略。自从我国实行了改革开放之后，中小民营企业犹如雨后春笋一般不断涌现出来，这些民营企业作为我国经济的主体部分，是我国综合国力能够增强的大功臣。然而即使是发展顺利绩效优异的中小民营企业，也难逃财务管理紊乱的命运。大部分企业家只重视绩效的发展而忽略了财务管理的重要性，这也阻碍了很多中小民营企业的前进步伐，本文就以中小型民营企业为研究对象，从企业的财务管理出发，分析该如何改善民营企业的财务管理现状，并且针对民营企业中存在的问题提出相关的解决方法。同时结合温州XY公司的案例，从中小企业的实际出发，深入探讨，优化中小企业的财务管理。

ABSTRACT
From the theory of modern enterprise management, enterprise financial management is the core of enterprise management. Financial management in a business is not only affecting the enterprise resource allocation, but also playing an important role in the realization of corporate objectives and the long-term development.In recent years, with the constant improvement of Chinese market economic system, small and medium-sized private enterprises, regardless of the number and the scale, have been a rapid development and also become a important force to support Chinese economic growth, solve the employment problem, increase state revenues, develop high-tech, and maintain society and economy stability. However, because of the quality of business managers, enterprise management level, the complex relationship between equity and blind expansion of the scale, small and medium-sized private enterprises face the risks increasing greatly in the developing process. According to the statistics, Chinese private enterprises have only a few years average life expectancy. It is a key factor that financial management behind the enterprise development footsteps restricts the development of private enterprises.
