PCR法检测猪肺中的巴氏杆菌(6800字)
摘 要：多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida,Pm)是一种重要的病原菌，对多种动物和人均有致病性。因此，研究和检测巴氏杆菌是保护我国居民和畜类安全的重要手段。本试验对Pm进行了染色、纯培养、PCR等一系列检测研究工作，先将试验品进行染色实验；再把它们分离纯培养并观察结果；最后进行PCR分子检测。在试验检测的50份样品中，染色检测率为46%；纯培养检测率为70%；PCR分子检测试验检测率为80.2%。试验证明PCR检测法在灵敏度和准确度方面均优于其他生物学鉴定方法，该试验同时也为巴氏杆菌的进一步研究做好基础性工作。

Detection of Pasteurella multocida on swine with PCR
Abstract: The Pasteurella multocida is an important pathogenic bacteria which in humans and anmials. Therefore, the research and testing of pasteurella is an important means to protect ourselves. This experiment detect of Pm by dyeing, Pure training and PCR.The first step to try and dyeing experiments, The second step, the separation of pure culture, The third step, PCR molecular test.In 50 samples, Dyeing detection rate of 46%, Pure training detection rate of 70%, PCR detection rate of molecular detection experiments 80.2%. The experiment proved that the sensitivity and accuracy of the PCR was better than some other biological appraisal metods, also for the further research pasteurella lay a solid foundation.
