摘要
内燃机噪声按照其激励力的不同可分为空气动力学噪声、机械噪声和燃烧噪声,其中最主要的机械噪声是由活塞的二阶运动所引起的敲缸噪声。因而可以考虑从活塞二阶运动的角度,分析内燃机敲缸噪声的产生机理,研究抑制与降低活塞敲缸噪声和提高内燃机噪声质量的措施。
本文以单缸机为研究对象,介绍了活塞二阶运动的理论基础,分析了活塞二阶运动的运动学方程和动力学方程;同时介绍了活塞的热边界条件和求解方法,采用有限元软件ANSYS对活塞进行有限元分析,获得温度场下的活塞热变形;基于嘉陵098J发动机,利用多体动力学软件PISDYN建立单缸机多体动力学模型进行仿真分析,获得怠速工况下活塞侧向力、二阶动能和摩擦功耗的峰值数据。以降低敲缸噪声为目标,设计了三种活塞裙部型线优化方案,通过仿真分析对比各方案的活塞侧向力、二阶动能和摩擦功耗,得到了活塞裙部型线最佳方案;在此基础上,根据最佳的活塞裙部型线方案制作活塞样件,利用LMS公司的LMS SCARDS多功能数据采集系统及Gras声学麦克风在单缸机平台进行台架声学试验,验证仿真分析结果。试验结果表明:活塞裙部型线对活塞敲缸噪声有显著的影响,通过优化活塞裙部型线,可以降低活塞敲缸噪声,提升发动机噪声品质。 [资料来源:www.doc163.com]

Abstract
The noise of the internal combustion engine can be divided into aerodynamic noise, mechanical noise and combustion noise according to the difference of the excitation force. And the main mechanical noise is the impact noise which is caused by the secondary motion of the piston. Therefore, we can analyze the mechanism of the impact noise of the internal combustion engine, study the measures to suppress, reduce the piston impact noise and improve the noise quality of the internal combustion engine from the perspective of the secondary motion of the piston.
In this paper, the single-cylinder engine is used as the research object. The theoretical basis of the secondary motion of the piston is introduced, and the kinematics equation and the kinetic equation of the secondary motion of the piston are analyzed. At the same time, the thermal boundary condition and the solving method of the piston are introduced. The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the piston, and the thermal deformation of the piston under the temperature field is obtained.Based on the Jialing 098J engine, the multi-body dynamics software PISDYN is used to establish the single-cylinder multi-body dynamics model for simulation analysis, which is used to get the peak data of piston lateral force, secondary kinetic energy and friction power loss under the idle conditions. Three optimization schemes of piston skirt are designed, and the best scheme is obtained by multi-simulation analysis to compare the piston side force, secondary kinetic energy and friction power loss.The piston sample was made according to the best scheme of piston skirt, then LMS SCARDS multifunctional data acquisition system and Gras acoustic microphone were used to perform acoustic test on single-cylinder platform. The experimental results show that the piston skirt profile and the piston clap noise are closely related. By optimizing the piston skirt profile, the piston clap noise can be reduced and the engine noise quality can be improved.
