摘要
社会发展日新月异,其步伐也越来越快。电梯在给快节奏的人们出行交通提供便利及提高效率的同时,给予电梯使用者更高的生活品质。本文从分析电梯发展历程入手,针对直接升降电梯,先分析其运行机理,然后结合全国大学生“西门子杯”工业自动化挑战赛所指定的外部硬件基础上,采用西门子S7-1200系列的PLC作为主控制器,Profibus主站通讯模块用于与从站的下位机电梯模型进行交互。上海泗博自动化公司提供的PM-125(485-Profibus)从站模块用于与下位机直接串口通讯。
通过PLC编程及监控,六层电梯系统可模拟真实电梯对各种输入信号的响应及轿厢状态,以及检验用户所编制程序的正确性。此外,鉴于西门子杯大赛给予的电梯仿真软件需要网络验证才可使用的弊端,本文通过对EES软件网络验证进程的抓包及后台伪装,实现了对该软件的破解,破解后的软件包可用于所有电梯爱好者的仿真。
