论我国环境公益诉讼的公众参与机制

摘  要：环境公益诉讼制度能够在排除环境侵害、保护环境公共利益的同时,更好地维护公民的生命、健康、财产以及良好的生活环境等合法权益,是符合现代社会发展需要的一种新型环境诉讼形式。然而我国在立法、司法不足导致公众在参与环境公益诉讼时困难重重，本文分析我国环境公益诉讼公众参与的困境及原因，进而提出了建立环境公益诉讼中的公众参与机制的建议，以期推进环境保护，实现可持续发展。
