浅析警察执法中运用暴力之限度(论文10000字)
摘要  在经济飞速发展的时代，政治文明也应同步发展，但透过繁荣的背后，我们可以看见警察队伍虽然日趋旁大，但滥用执法权的现象却在日趋增长，在执法过程中暴力执法程度已经超越被赋予的执法权，社会在赋予警察执法中运用暴力的同时也要求其保护公民的人身权利不受侵犯，警察素质的有待提高，执法过程中运用暴力应达到何种限度的意识是有待加强的。我们应该深思：警察在执法过程中应怎样使用国家赋予的执法权，运用执法权的程度以及超越执法权所应承担怎样的责任都是值得我们探讨的。通过对这一系列问题的研究，不仅能够了解现代社会警察执法中的暴力运用的限度，还能够更好的为促使警察在执法过程中依法执法、严格执法，在使违法犯罪人受到追究的同时不伤害无辜者的合法权益，维护社会的有序发展，促进国家繁荣昌盛。

Abstract  In an era of rapid economic development, the development of political civilization should also be synchronized, but through the boom we can see that although the police force has become increasingly large, the phenomenon of abusing the law enforcement power is on the rise,in the process of law enforcement ,the degree of violence law enforcement has overtaken the executive,society gives the police law enforcement the right to use violence while it also requires the protection of the citizen’s personal rights from infringement,the quality of police needs to be improved ,during law enforcement ,the consciousness of using violence to what limits should all be strengthened, we should ponder that police during the law enforcement how to use enforcement powers which gave by the State,and  the extent of using law enforcement powers and if people beyond the enforcement powers what responsibility they should bear are worth exploring. Through the study of this series of problems can not only to understand the violence using police enforcement limits in modern society , but also better to promote police enforcement in the law enforcement process, strict law enforcement, when the people have been prosecuted for crimes without harm the legitimate rights and interests of innocent people, maintain the orderly development of the society, promoting national prosperity.
