论我国公民环境权法律保障机制的不足与完善(附答辩记录)
随着社会生产、生活发展，自然灾害的频繁发生，公民环境权的法律保障成为了我国环境资源法制建设中的一个核心问题。是人类环境不断恶化及人类环境保护工作不断强化的产物，为了扭转以牺牲环境资源为代价的发展模式，唤醒公民的环境权意识，健全我国立法、执法、司法的法律保障体系，促使当代中国公民环境权从应有权利转化为法定的权利，不断完善公民环境权的法律保障机制成为了当务之急。
Abstract：Citizens Environmental Rights is legally entitled to the rights of a comfortable environment, a basic right as citizens, should be a clear recognition and protection of the law, however, our current legal and policy environment, protection of the right of citizens of the provisions of an obvious lag, Defects in these legal safeguards are restricting the realization of the right of the citizens of the environment is not conducive to the realization of basic human rights of our citizens. This will be the legal meaning of Environmental Rights and the legal property of profound analysis. Through the world recognition of the right of citizens and protection of the environment, discussed China's current legal safeguards to the environment protection of the right is insufficient and needs improvement, try to build a more perfect system of legal protection of environmental rights.
