农村纠纷人民调解解决机制的不足与完善(附答辩记录)
作为我国特有的一种民间纠纷解决制度，长期以来，人民调解在维护社会稳定、实现基层群众自治、加强民主法制建设中作出了突出的贡献。在农村社会转型、社会矛盾交织的新时期，应在农村继续大力推行并完善人民调解制度，提倡运用调解解决民间纠纷，尽量将社会不稳定因素消除在萌芽状态，真正实现农村社会的长治久安。

Deficiency and perfection of rural dispute settlement mechanism of people’s mediation
Abstract: With the development of economy and society, the constantly adjust benefit pattern of rural disputes today a new performance. According to the current characteristics of rural disputes, a set of China's rural actual situation, the dispute settlement mechanism is to promote the construction of new countryside and the inevitable requirement of harmonious social development. This article is from our latest issued the relevant provisions of the law of the people's mediation, combining with rural peculiar dispute resolution mechanism of rural disputes in China at present, the defects of the people's mediation system in-depth thinking and analysis, and then how to perfect our country's rural disputes people's mediation mechanism proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
