金黄色葡萄球菌β_内酰胺酶检测临床研究进展(论文5800字)
【摘要】: 金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,SA)是近年来社(北京中医药大学东方学院医学检验技术专业2014级144040118)区和医院感染的重要危险致病菌之一,其致病性强,感染率高,传播速度快,耐药性强,为疾病治疗带来了极大困难。SA可以产生包括各种外毒素、肠毒素、凝集因子、生物膜等在内的多种致病因子,并能够通过产生修饰酶、改变抗菌药物的作用靶点、降低细胞壁的通透性等不同机制的作用,对β-内酰胺类、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类、环脂肽、糖肽类、消毒剂等药物产生不同程度的耐药。本文就SA的致病机制、耐药机制和治疗策略作一综述,借以为临床诊断和治疗用药提供思路和依据。

【Abstract】Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, SA) is a community in recent years and one of the important dangerous pathogenic bacteria of hospital infection and its pathogenicity is strong, infection rate is high, the transmission speed, resistance is strong, has brought great difficulty for disease treatment. SA can produce including all kinds of exotoxin, enterotoxin, agglutination factor, biological membrane, a variety of pathogenic factor, and to produce enzymes, change the role of antimicrobial drugs target, reduce the permeability of the cell walls of the effect of different mechanisms, such as, the beta lactam, macrocyclic lactones, fluoroquinolone, peptide ring fat, sugar, peptide, disinfectants and other drugs produce different degree of drug resistance. In this paper, the pathogenesis, drug resistance mechanism and treatment strategy of SA are reviewed in this paper, so as to provide ideas and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
