摘要：利妥昔是针对B淋巴细胞表面 CD20抗原的单克隆抗体，具有较强的抗肿瘤活性，目前已广泛应用于恶性淋巴瘤的治疗，大量研究结果表明利妥昔对于治疗大部分成熟 B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤的效果显著。本文总结了近年来关于利妥昔治疗恶性淋巴瘤的的相关文献，对其的研究进展进行了总结。
