摘要：目的：分析小儿湿疹的发病机制，并且从西药、中药以及中西药结合三种途径拟定治疗方案，以供临床需要，同时从临床护理和家庭护理两方面阐述预防及看护的必要性，强调对患儿家长进行健康教育的重要性。方法：本研究根据商洛市妇幼保健医院2014年9月～2015年10月接诊的336例湿疹患儿作为研究对象，从发病机制到治疗方案，以及护理方法进行探讨，通过对实验组和对照组的有效数据进行统计学分析，比较各种方案的可行性和有效性。结果：根据统计学数据，认为血清sIgE检测为湿疹患儿提示了相关过敏原，可以针对性地回避相关过敏原，认为三种治疗方案均为可行，同时彰显实行综合性护理措施能很大程度上改善病情，避免复发，有利于改善患儿生存质量。结论：小儿湿疹发病机制复杂，需要进行综合治疗和适当护理，才能够提升湿疹的治愈率，减轻患儿的临床症状，帮助患儿尽快恢复健康。

Research and Nursing of Infantile Eczema
[Abstract]: Objective: The work was done to study the pathogenesis of infantile eczema and to establish the pharmacotherapeutic schemes of Chinese medicine, western medicine or the combination of Chinese and western medicine for clinical use;on the other hand, to expound the necessity of preventing and caring from clinical nursing and home care and to emphasize the importance of education to the parents of eczema patients as well.Methods: 336 infants with eczema referred to our department during the period from September 2014 to October 2015 were recruited as research subjects. Firstly the pathogenesis, treatment schemes and nursing methods of the disease were well studied. And then the feasibility and validity of each scheme were compared according to the statistical analysis of effective data of experimental group and control groupto find better treatment.Results:The serum sIgE test prompts the related allergen of infant with eczemaaccording to the statistical data. The three schemes stated above are all feasible to specifically avoidthe allergen. Furthermore, comprehensive caring and nursing are more important for bettering the conditions of infants with eczema to a great extent, reducing the occurrence of the disease and improving the life quality of the infants with eczema.Conclusions: the pathogenesis of infantile eczema is very complicated, so comprehensive treatment and nursing is necessary to improving the cure rate of eczema, relieving the clinical symptoms of the patients and recuperating the health of the infants with eczema.
