糖尿病患者的健康教育和社区护理干预效果探讨(论文8900字)
摘要
目的：对面向糖尿病患者人群的健康教育和社区护理干预效果进行探讨分析。
方法：随机选取162例确诊的糖尿病患者，将其平均分为两个组，分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组只给予基础治疗，不对其进行健康教育和护理干预，观察组除给予基础治疗以外，还对其进行相应的健康教育和社区护理干预。结果：观察组糖尿病患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度要明显高于对照组糖尿病患者。结论：由观察结果表明对糖尿病患者进行的健康教育和社区护理显著提高了患者的自我保健意识，明显改善了糖尿病患者的血糖水平，减少了糖尿病患者有可能出现的并发症，提升了其生活质量，值得社区医院推广借鉴。

Abstract
objective：The effects of health education and community nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus were analyzed.Methods: 162 cases of patients with diabetes were randomly selected, and the average divided into two groups, divided into control group and observation group, the control group only received basic therapy, does not carry on the health education and nursing intervention, the observation group except given basic treatment, but also to carry out health education and community nursing intervention should be the results: in the observation group. The patients' diabetes related knowledge was higher than that of control group. Conclusion: diabetic patients by observation results indicate that the diabetes health education and community nursing can significantly improve the patient's self health care consciousness, improve the blood glucose levels in diabetic patients, reduceDiabetes patients may have complications, improve their quality of life, worthy of promotion of community hospitals
