摘要：随着互联网技术的发展，网络百科正在被越来越多的人所使用，其内容更新速度快、知识量大、知识面广，正在被越来越多的互联网用户所喜爱。本文旨在探究网络百科贡献者的专业背景与网络百科质量的关系。通过用户访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析方法来探究两者之间的关系。通过一系列分析，得出了以下结论：在社群开放程度代表专业背景的情况下，社群开放程度更高的网络百科一般拥有更高的质量；在同一网络百科内，专业背景更高的词条，拥有更高的质量。从而对网络百科的发展有了一定的认识，对网络比百科的运作模式有一个初步的了解，并对互联网百科的发展提供一系列的建议与展望。
